The brief

Point of View, the stunning 6 bedroom property in South Sound, was undergoing some extensive renovations and we were hired to upgrade the outdated home technology to give guests seamless management and control at the same time.

The property is part of the Luxury Cayman Villas portfolio, so the technology solution provided needed to be an intuitive experience that arriving guests could quickly and easily be introduced to, to control the lighting, AC and sound.

For that reason, Sonos was at the heart of the installation, as we knew most clients have had some prior experience with that interface.

Peace of mind for the owners of the property was provided with a Luma surveillance system installed on the perimeter of the property. Lutron provided lighting and shade control and a URC solution linked all the technology together.
