345AV Ltd. is an AV and Automation company based solely in the Cayman Islands, established in 2012.

The team is made up of managed, motivated, and trained technicians. With certifications from CEDIA and manufacturer direct in all disciplines we install and service. We believe in hiring the right people for the job, and have intentionally grown at a modest pace in an effort to provide the best experience for our customers and staff alike.

Our main focus is high end residential AV and Automation, but our services extend to; Surveillance, Data Infrastructure and Design, Access Control, Lighting Control, Motorized Blinds, ‘Future Proof’ Design Consultation, Restaurant/Bar and Commercial Sound and low voltage control systems.

We have experience ranging from large scale Crestron deployments to single room Sonos setups. No matter the size of the project, our experienced management team knows the approach to take, from both years of experience in Cayman, as well as in distinguished markets such as Toronto, Colorado, Fort Lauderdale, to name a few.

Our on island reputation has gained us opportunities working in many prestigious developments; Crystal Harbor (many private residences), Vista Del Mar (many private residences), South Sound (many private residences), Rum Point/Kaibo (many private residences), Camana Bay (Whole Property Audio System, Multiple Boardrooms, Multiple Bars & Restaurants), dominant percentage of the bars and restaurants on SMB, Kimpton Seafire Residences (majority percentage of units sold to date), currently engaged in homes ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 sqft. Our approach focuses around utilizing the best practices, and keeping our standard up to date with not only the latest technologies, but making sure we’re ready for the new technologies on the horizon.

All of our staff have strong ties to the community, some being raised in Cayman, and others falling in love at a later age. We are here for the long run. We help out where we can, and have focused our energies on rescue, and ‘foster’ dogs in our personal lives.
